Vendor Package

Vendor Table Top Only:

Includes 1 table and 2 chairs. Table top vendors will need their own linen for the tables. Please confirm table size prior to the expo as they may be 6ft. or 8ft.  Entry for 2 included. Additional entry wristbands & all brunch/day party tickets may be purchased separately. Additional tables can be purchased along with electrical outlets, linen, and WiFi access. Please note electrical needs on the application. Email us to inquire about brunch/ day party vendor discounted tickets.

Vendor Booth Package Inside exhibit hall: Includes Pipe and Draping

Includes pipe and draping, 1 6ft. table, 2 chairs, and wristband entry for 2 (vendor plus one other). Additional entry wristbands & brunch/day party tickets may be purchased separately. Email us to inquire about brunch/ day party vendor discounted tickets. No linen is provided for the 6ft table. Black linen can be rented for $10 or you may bring your own linen for the 6ft. table.

Additional tables can be purchased along with linen, and electrical outlets. Wi-Fi is complimentary for all patrons. Please note your electrical needs on the application.

Booth Pricing $275 – $550
Vendors will receive one rectangular table & two chairs, and two wristbands. No linen is provided for the table. Black linen can be rented for $10 or you may bring your own linen for the 6ft. table.

Early Bird/ Repeat Vendor Discount: $100 Off any Package if secured before September 30, 2024. Package must be $375 or higher to receive the $100 off rate.

Electricity $30 in advance $50 after 05/15/2025

Electricity paid for after June 1, 2024, will be $50. If paid for prior to May 15, 2025, it will be $30. Wifi is $15.

Outdoor Vendor $175

All outdoor vendor options will be outside of the building near the food trucks. Anyone purchasing an outdoor vendor space will be required to bring their own tables, chairs and tent if one is needed. There will be several outdoor vendors on the grassy area so tents are encouraged for the heat.

Black linen is Available for rent at $10 

Available for rent for 6ft. or 8 ft. tables provided at your booth space. We do not provide linen that is not rented. This is draped linen, not fitted.
